TERM LIMITS DO NOT WORK

Twenty years of Term Limits in California, and the state is in the worst condition ever.

Term Limits threw out the good with the bad.

With Term Limits, we have no way to keep the good.

With Term Limits, we have no way to find the good ones.

The problem is: to get reelected, our legislators need only to keep the voters in their district happy.

We should keep only the ones who realize: "We need to keep the entire United States moving in a good direction."

HOW TO KEEP THE GOOD THROW OUT THE BAD

Instead of Term Limits

Incumbents should face a vote from everyone in America one year before their next election:

Can this member of Congress run for re election. If 50+% of the votes are no votes they cannot run for re election.

In this way, to keep their job, they would need to vote to keep The United States in good condition, while doing their best for the district they represent.
